Dafang Heavy Machine boasts an R&D team of over 260 engineers, accounting for more than 10% of our total workforce. Reinvesting over 3% of our annual sales revenue into R&D and equipment upgrades, we drive sustainable growth through standardized, modular design that ensures rapid, cost-effective, and custom-tailored solutions. Hold over 200 patents (including invention and utility model patents), we are a leading patent applicant in China’s crane industry.

Notably, our self-developed multi-functional brewing crane filled a major domestic industry gap.

Powered by an advanced parametric design system, every component is rigorously engineered and tracked throughout production. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities include in-house developed 1,500t groove pressing machines, automated steel pretreatment lines, electrical assembly lines, paint baking lines, and China’s first practical single-girder lean production line. Adhering to strict process standards, we cultivate a zero-defect quality mindset across every stage of manufacturing.
