The environment is characterized by year-round grain dust and high humidity. Standard lifting equipment could not perform automated bulk material handling, and the dust posed risks of electrical short circuits and structural corrosion. Moisture- and Corrosion-Resistant Steel Structure: Withstanding Grain Humidity
The raw material workshop maintains high air humidity year-round, and grain dust mixed with moisture readily corrodes steel girders. All main girders and end carriages are constructed from thickened Q355B corrosion-resistant steel profiles, with all welds sealed and treated for rust prevention. The entire machine features a three-layer epoxy anti-corrosion coating system with a red moisture-resistant topcoat that isolates water vapor and dust adhesion, preventing rust formation and paint peeling even in prolonged humid conditions. Access ladders, maintenance platforms, and safety railings are all hot-dip galvanized for rust prevention, making them suitable for the distillery’s high-humidity production environment.
Fully Enclosed Dust-proof and Moisture-proof Electrical System
A large amount of fine grain dust floats in the workshop, which is prone to cause faults of contactors and frequency converters once entering the electric control cabinet. The complete electrical system is upgraded for dust and moisture resistance: the electric control cabinet adopts IP65 high-protection sealed structure with dust filter screens installed. The built-in moisture-proof heating and dehumidifying module of the motor automatically starts to prevent condensation on rainy and humid days. All cable joints are equipped with waterproof and sealed sheaths to effectively block the intrusion of dust and water vapor, ensuring 24-hour stable and continuous operation of the equipment.
Special Hydraulic Grab for Grain Material Handling
The equipment is matched with Dafang customized light-duty hydraulic two-jaw grab with thickened and wear-resistant bucket body, which ensures no leakage when grabbing loose materials such as sorghum, wheat and distiller’s grains. The grab features stable opening and closing action, realizing accurate fixed-point stacking and feeding, greatly reducing manual handling costs and improving raw material transportation efficiency. The dual hoisting trolleys can operate independently, and multiple raw material conveying zones run synchronously to meet the large-scale continuous feeding production needs of breweries.
Low-noise and Environmental-friendly Configuration for Food-grade Workshops
Brewing plants have strict requirements on noise and cleanliness. The travelling and hoisting mechanisms adopt silent variable-frequency drive with low vibration and low noise during operation. All lubricating grease adopts food-grade non-leakage lubricating oil to prevent oil dripping from polluting brewing raw materials. The whole machine has no sharp exposed components, and all corners are rounded to avoid scratching raw material packaging bags and dust diffusion, complying with the production specifications of the food brewing industry.
On-Site Delivery & After-Sales
After the equipment arrives at the brewery, our professional installation team completes the whole construction process including main girder splicing, track docking, grab hydraulic pipeline laying and electrical wiring on site. Complete sets of factory certificates, load inspection reports and equipment operation & maintenance manuals are provided simultaneously.
