Ordinary lifting equipment cannot resist corrosion from sewage and malodorous gas, while manual operation brings high labor intensity and potential safety hazards. After multiple rounds of technical evaluation and on-site condition survey, the project side customized the QZ16t intelligent waste grab double-girder overhead crane from Henan Dafang Heavy Machinery. Equipped with a multi-claw hydraulic waste grab and a fully automatic intelligent control system, the crane realizes 24-hour unattended automatic waste mixing, stacking and feeding. Full Anti-corrosion Heavy-duty Double-girder Structure
The entire unit features a thickened box-shaped double main beam structure; both the main beams and end beams are fabricated from Q355N weathering steel capable of withstanding acid and alkaline environments. The equipment is coated with a four-layer heavy-duty anticorrosion coating system: epoxy zinc-rich primer + epoxy cloudite intermediate coat + sealing and isolation coat + stain-resistant polyurethane topcoat. The water vapor and corrosive gases present in the waste storage tank can readily corrode electrical components; therefore, the entire electrical system has been upgraded with anti-corrosion sealing measures: the electrical control cabinet features an IP66 waterproof, dustproof, and corrosion-resistant rating, and is equipped with an integrated constant-temperature dehumidification and heating module that automatically eliminates condensation within the cabinet; the frequency converter and contactors utilize specialized corrosion-resistant components, while the cables employ special acid-and alkali-resistant sheathed cables. The entire system is equipped with a fully automated intelligent dispatching system, which allows for the pre-setting of material stacking, mixing, and feeding sequences and supports remote centralized automatic operation; when paired with video surveillance and laser level detection systems, this system eliminates the need for personnel to be stationed in the operator’s cab on-site; however, a dual backup mode—combining local cab manual control with wireless remote control—is retained to accommodate maintenance and emergency operational scenarios.
