On April 13, Dafang Holding Group held a grand opening ceremony for its 2026 Second Quarter All-Staff Meeting and Management Enhancement Initiative. These honors pay tribute to those who deliver tangible results, while these awards motivate those who embrace responsibility, ensuring that hardworking individuals are truly recognized and that those who strive forward are honored.

Hou Shiqian, Executive Deputy General Manager of Dafang Heavy Machinery, and Xue Jili, Deputy General Manager of Dafang Heavy Equipment, provided on-site explanations of incentive policies—including company-wide marketing initiatives, debt collection efforts, and inventory reduction measures—thereby clarifying strategic directions, boosting confidence, and setting a clear course for all employees to engage in entrepreneurial and productive activities.

During the launch ceremony of the Management Enhancement Initiative, Wang Yahui, General Manager of Dafang Heavy Equipment, presented and disseminated the”All-Staff Quality Improvement and Star Creation Initiative Plan”and the”Quality Improvement Initiative Plan”. Aligned with the Group’s key development priorities, these plans established 12 specialized task forces—namely “Order Securing and Empowerment,” “Marketing Support,” “Design and Development Capability Enhancement,” “Production Support,” “Supply Chain Assurance and Quality Improvement,” “Loading and Shipping Capability Enhancement,” “Team Image Building,” “Market Expansion,” “Engineering Elite Development,” “Production Breakthroughs,” “Design Detailing,” and “Support Efficiency Enhancement” —marking the full launch of the Group’s management enhancement initiative. Subsequently, Yang Zunjia, President of Dafang Holding Group, signed the Activity Objective Responsibility Statements with representatives from the 12 task forces on-site, further solidifying accountability and clarifying specific tasks.

He noted that the Group’s performance in the first quarter showcased both achievements and areas for improvement; therefore, enhancing management practices is a critical strategy for survival—and one that must be successfully implemented. He highlighted the intense competition and significant challenges facing the industry, emphasizing the need to fundamentally transform thinking and elevate capabilities. He further urged the Group to reinforce accountability, implement rigorous performance evaluations, dismantle organizational barriers, and adopt a results-driven approach to ensure that all initiatives are effectively executed and yield tangible outcomes.

All employees of Dafang should maintain firm confidence, confront challenges head-on, and overcome developmental obstacles through management optimization. Hu Xu noted that while Dafang possesses competitive advantages, it also has areas for improvement, and these must be addressed with determination.
Seize opportunities to drive quality improvement and operational upgrading. Focus on six key areas—transforming work styles, securing orders, ensuring project delivery, leveraging AI innovation, cultivating talent, and reducing costs while enhancing efficiency—by taking concrete actions and steadily implementing all management enhancement initiatives to ensure the successful completion of all annual targets and tasks.
