As spring gives way to early summer and plants burst with fragrance, the 137th International Workers’ Day approaches, coinciding with the significant milestone of the 20th anniversary of Dafang Holding Group. On the afternoon of April 29, the “Celebrating May Day · Paying Tribute to Strivers” Outstanding Employee Symposium was successfully held in the multi-function conference room on the 8th floor. Executives including Yang Zunjia, President of Dafang Holding Group; Li Miaomiao, General Manager of Dafang Heavy Machine; and Wang Yahui, General Manager of Dafang Heavy Equipment, gathered with outstanding department and team employees who have repeatedly won honors such as Model Worker and Advanced Individual. Together, they reflected on their journey of hard work, shared honor and glory, and mapped out a blueprint for future development.
The Grand Symposium Convenes
The symposium opened in a warm and enthusiastic atmosphere. It began with a short film titled “Silent Years, Resonant Striving”, which reviewed Dafang’s 20-year journey of perseverance and dream-chasing from 2006 to 2026. Scenes of dedicated effort and overcoming challenges deeply inspired and encouraged all participants.
Outstanding Employees Actively Speak Up
During the meeting, several representative outstanding employees took turns sharing their growth stories and work experiences. Among them were veteran employees who have been with the company for nearly 20 years, highly skilled technical experts working on the front lines, and team leaders who excel at tackling tough challenges. They used plain words to describe dedication and responsibility, translating hard work and sacrifice through real experiences, fully showcasing the spirit of modern workers—dedication, excellence, innovation, and selflessness.

Li Miaomiao stated that through 20 years of trials and hardships, Dafang has achieved leapfrog development—from “following along” to “running alongside,” and now to “leading the pack”. Every achievement is inseparable from the dedication and perseverance of every striver. Outstanding employees are the company’s sturdiest “anchor” and most precious asset. She expressed hopes that everyone will continue to set an example, lead their teams well, carry forward the spirit of striving, integrate the ethos of “striver-oriented” into the corporate DNA, and accumulate immense strength for the group’s next two decades.

Standing at the new starting point of the group’s 20th anniversary, Yang Zunjia offered three hopes for all Dafang employees:
