Amid warm applause, Group President Yang Zunjia and Xinxing Club President Xin Yu took the stage together to unveil the “Xinxing Club”. As the red silk fell, the brand-new plaque was officially presented, sparking enthusiastic applause across the room and marking the official launch of Dafang Holding Group’s Xinxing Club.

Xin Yu, President of the Xinxing Club, delivered a speech sharing the background of the club’s establishment. He noted that coinciding with the 20th anniversary of the group’s factory, the Xinxing Club serves not only as a platform to gather employee vitality, but also aligns with Dafang’s transition toward intelligent manufacturing and the development of new quality productive forces. The club will practice the group’s core values and corporate spirit, break down departmental barriers, and build an innovation platform. Yang Zunjia, President of Dafang Holding Group, delivered a speech. Drawing on his own journey of taking root in the company and growing step-by-step from the grassroots, he highlighted the symbiotic relationship where hard work achieves personal success and the company empowers growth, illustrating the meaning of striving for youth and career development.
Yang Zunjia stated that facing intensified industry competition and a new stage of development where Dafang is pressing forward to achieve quality growth, establishing the Xinxing Club is not only about enriching young employees’ spare time and creating a growth and communication platform, but also a strategic layout aimed at the company’s long-term development—activating young employees’ internal momentum and accumulating future growth energy.
